Duty Uniform strives to provide the highest quality customer service in dealing with exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Want to make an exchange?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in good condition within 15 calendar days, from the date of delivery, for a refund. There are no restocking fee's and the return postage is covered by Duty Uniform. Just write, call, email or send us a message to one of the contact tools listed below.
Please note, custom or personalized orders can only be returned if there's a mistake on our end. We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund for the following reasons:- Evidence of repeated using items briefly and then returning them.
- A history of misrepresenting lost parcels, when items have been marked as delivered
Start a return
We are committed on getting your items replaced or a refund is given as fast as possible.
- Contact us: below within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery; Have your order number ready (not required).
- We will discuss your return/exchange with you and email you a pdf return shipping label, paid by Duty Uniform, if approved.
- Send the item based on the emailed directions; you can drop at the Post Office, or we can arrange a pickup via UPS depending on the service offered. We ill utilize the shipping provider that aligns with the best interests of Duty Uniform.
- Items will arrive back at the Duty Uniform facility
- If this is an exchange, we will send out the new item.
- Items will be inspected in 1 business day and refund will be issued. It can take 1-5 business days for a refund to post, depending on your card issuer.
