Refund Policy
All returns or refunds are subject to a 14 day window of when your items arrive, or were lost, whichever is later
Damaged or Lost items
Item's that are lost or damaged in route to your location are eligible for a replacement, at no additional cost, or a full refund.
Erroneous Purchase
If you feel you purchased the wrong item (it was supposed to be something else), contact Support, for assistance or call 1-619-446-7075. Erroneous purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
All returned items must be in their original packaging, factory-sealed (if applicable), and unused. Any returns will be the responsibility of the customer (shipping charges), to send the items back. A restocking fee of $4.00 will be applied to the order, regardless of the amount. Please contact Support, for assistance or call 1-619-446-7075. Refunds will not be issued until item is received and reviewed.
